I Interviewed for a marketing position. The initial stages moved quickly, and I completed a second-round interview. After that, all communication ceased. Despite following up with HR, I received no response or closure.
I completely understand if I wasn’t a good fit for the role, but please respect candidates' time. If an applicant dedicates hours to your multi-round interview process, the bare minimum requirement is a standard rejection email. Leaving people in limbo is unprofessional and harms your brand, especially when we are your ultimate customer.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
The interviews were fair: standard behavioral questions, questions about the role, etc
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at David Yurman in Oct 2025
Interview
Incredibly easy interview got an offer three days later. Minimal questions. The process was probably so quick due to the need of hands but nonetheless great experience. Would still recommend doing research on the company and their craftsmanship and founders as the are very forward about needing to know how to storytell with clients
I applied online. I interviewed at David Yurman (New York, NY) in Mar 2026
Interview
I had two interview rounds with HR and the department manager. Overall great experience chatting with both interviewers. Interview questions were about my background and the position and how it relates to my career goals.
