      The people here are very nice and the company benefits are good.

      Cons

      The work they have available is not a match for my skill set. Even though the people are very nice they are very set in their ways and are not open to change.

      Contracting Company That Actually Cares

      Pros

      Datastrong has a lot of Pros to it. They are a growing Consulting and Contracting company. There are opportunities for growth and movement within the company. If your contract gets terminated, they find you a new role and don't just leave you hanging. The company is trying to stay on the forefront of data and technology taking input from employees on what are the top emerging technologies are. Datastrong pays their employees to learn these technologies. Management is approachable, HR is always quick with a response, and the projects are exciting.

      Cons

      Benefits could be slightly better, but for a smaller company, they do what they can.
