All of my pros for the company went in the trash once they sold to P.E.
Cons
Pay is nowhere near competitive, insulting really. They pay startup wages, but claim to be past the startup stage. Diversity efforts are a joke. It's being run into the ground by people placed there from the PE firm who dont care about the amazing culture they are destroying. Quality of the work is on a downward slope in exchange for quantity. The data is amazing, but questionable choices were made that made working there a nightmare.
