      For a developer there is nothing much to learn

      None that I can think of.

      1. Late coming salary deduction. 2. Salary date is not fixed. Usually it comes between 15 to 25. 3. Seniors are non-technical and intolerable. 4. Heavy workload with no appreciation. 5. For them development is like digging a hole in the ground. If you say that you can complete some work in a day. They will listen that the work can be done within 2 hours by 4 labours. 6. And, Yes! As I stated, for them a developer is nothing more than a labour and they will treat you as one. 7. They don't wanna try new technologies or do new things in the technologies they work with. Hence, nothing much to learn.

      you come 1 min late one day and the salary will be deducted. Seniors are people you have butter the manager and are personal servents for them No technical knowledge everyone is dependent on stackoverflow Strict timing Salary comes after 15th No infrastructure

      You'll learn nothing there except politics. Seniors are not supportive. No team work, no management and no professionalism.
