      Pros

      The owners, the people, the community, their service; this company just gets it. From the interview, to the tour, to the hands-on-in-detail training.. Databar not only provides excellence for their customers, but for their team. I will never forget the experience I had with this company; I was not an employee who pushed out product. I was a member of a great team with heart and integrity for their community.. providing only the best product made with the finest detail and care.

      Flexibility, that is about it.

      Owners are tightwads, pay is terrible, Eric the owner acts like it is still 1950 and I am sure has dementia. Doran should be running the companies.

      Pros

      There really are no pros to working for this company. Do you want to hate coming in to work everyday? Do you want to work for years without a raise or even a cost of living adjustment? Then this is the place for you.

      Cons

      Can anyone spot the fake review by the owners of the company? I suspect they figured nobody would realize that review is fake. The owners just don't get it. They refuse to hear any criticism and aggressively shut down anyone who dares bring up anything negative about their precious company. Everyone who is smart enough to realize what this company does leave to find other employment. The employees who stay are clueless so they never leave. That makes every day a new adventure in guess who will mess up what now.
