      Flexibility, that is about it.

      Cons

      Owners are tightwads, pay is terrible, Eric the owner acts like it is still 1950 and I am sure has dementia. Doran should be running the companies.

      Pros

      There really are no pros to working for this company. Do you want to hate coming in to work everyday? Do you want to work for years without a raise or even a cost of living adjustment? Then this is the place for you.

      Cons

      Can anyone spot the fake review by the owners of the company? I suspect they figured nobody would realize that review is fake. The owners just don't get it. They refuse to hear any criticism and aggressively shut down anyone who dares bring up anything negative about their precious company. Everyone who is smart enough to realize what this company does leave to find other employment. The employees who stay are clueless so they never leave. That makes every day a new adventure in guess who will mess up what now.

      Pros

      If you like to be condescended to, taken for granted, and undercompensated, this is the place for you.

      Cons

      I worked full time for several years. My job responsibilities grew exponentially, but... No pay raises. No benefits. No performance reviews. No positive feedback but plenty of negative. The CFO has the worst temper I have ever come across in my life. They talk a big game about potential earnings and drastically inflate how much other associates make there. Everything the first review so eloquently said is true.

      wow, no benefits? well....full time employees get medical and dental and 9 paid holidays, also get a graduated scale of sick and vacation which we put all into PTO which can be accumulated . for example, during the 11th year (our average employee has been here longer than 11 years) a full time employee actually earns 21 days of PTO. It is true that part time employees do not get benefits. So it is confusing that this former employee didn't feel like there were any benefits. Clearly disgruntled, and it is unfortunate for their experience. It is true that the CFO (bookkeeper) is very black and white, and can be very abrasive and we are sorry for your experience with him.
