Pros

- Get to work from home (mostly overtime, without being paid) - Get to work with lots of clients

Cons

- The workload can get so heavy it's almost impossible to handle it, the manager has no regards and pushes you without any *actual support. I say "actual" because they to try to have weekly meetings and 1on1s but it's so monotonous and ineffective that you just get tired and leave with a feeling of being unproductive for a few hours. - lot's of repetitive work - constant layoffs, the most loved and popular employees get laid off, but the ones who kiss up the management are put in leadership positions, this demotivates everyone. - no salary increase, even if it's promised that they will, they magically forget when the time comes. - management is full of fake people.

Toxic environment, would not recommend!

Pros

Working from home, days off for holidays in your country.

Cons

Micromanagement! Fake positivity, but in reality, a very toxic environment. I would not recommend it. Incompetent people work as managers in lower positions. They may know how to do their part of the job that is not related to people, but when it comes to people, they are trying to micromanage your every single move. Criticism is present on a daily basis, very often in front of everyone in the team. There is no appreciation for hard work. Constant messaging on Slack is so bad that sometimes you waste a lot of time in useless, nonproductive talks that don’t help anyone. There is no chance of promotion, a low salary, no bonuses, and no raises.

Pros

-Full-time remote -No micromanaging -Flexible with doctor's appts etc. -You will learn a lot if you are motivated to do so on your own

Cons

-No management or development -Founders lack leadership -No work- life balance -There is no appreciation for employees - they don't value their employees at all -The contracts benefit the employer only. Basically you are "freelance" but work full-time for them. -If they disagree with your opinion, they will fire you or call you disrespectful -They just want you to work your butt off and "create more time" even if it's at 9pm at night, and then will fire you when you're burnt out and hire more people for cheaper -No perks, low PTO, no bonuses -Severe lack of communication
