It was better orginally in 2022 but gotten worst due to new hires, its basically a immgration camp now and they don't even give you a raise after you're hired on permanently is the main flaw they want you working here for years with no raise even if the economy prices go up. Little checks for alot of work and complaining! Tbh all the managers and bosses are white ! All the employees are black Americans and immgrants. Smh They have white men complaining while the minorities do all the work . It reminds me of some type of white supremacist union where all the bosses are white all the employees are minorities and very underpaid. They have a review of 2 stars on Google. I don't see this place operating much longer just based off how it's ran. Good work isn't cheap so because they give little money people are not going to be motivated 100% to do the work . They complain alot with no clear direction even the managers half of the time don't even know what the full goal or assignment is. Just disorganized is my main point . Pay and disorganization is my two biggest cons at this job and the fact that you will never move up in this company apparently, no matter how hard you work unless your a white man! It's weird especially after they replaced all of the american people for immgrants and all the papper work comes in english but they can'tread english yeaaa okkk. Just a cheap labor job. In the end you will get nothing constructive or productive from this job at all!
