Pros

There is no good reason to stick here. The owners are horrible human beings who just want to use and throw you. Don't be trapped here.

Cons

The people in leadership are worse than anything you can imagine. These awful people treat employees like disposable trash. It's unethical and probably illegal. I wish these people to land in jail. They treated me poorly and gave me so much stress that I still have anxiety and panic attacks.

Pros

I enjoy working with professionals who take client relationships seriously. Meaningful conversations with clients. Opportunities to expand financial knowledge. The environment encourages personal accountability and professional development. I like working in an environment where trust is earned and given.

Cons

Some may find the standards of work too demanding.

Pros

One of the things I appreciate is the firm's client-first approach. The focus is on building long-term relationships and helping clients make the right decisions. This keeps me motivated and productive even during the busiest seasons. Also, the team is collaborative – most of my coworkers are always up for sharing ideas and knowledge. Another thing I'd note is that the leadership communicates openly about business goals and possible changes.

Cons

It’s a highly regulated industry, with lots of requirements and strict guidelines. Other than that, I don’t see any major cons here.
