Great clothes, but unaddressed bullying leads to fear

Great clothes Being able to use company money to buy clothes

Cons

Did the right thing and went up the chain of command to report bullying, nothing was ever done and now I'm out of a job still being harassed by previous employees. Now terrified to step into any Dangerfield knowing how the gossip train travels.

Co-workers are like-minded and supportive

Cons

Management is very poor. Training is lackluster. Don't provide adequate protection for employees being repeatedly harassed by customers (refusing to ban non-paying, harassing "customers" from the store).
