Pros

- Work life balance is ok at the moment of writing (April 2026). My forecast is that this will deteriorate. - Company provides extra vacation days and a monthly fee in ticket restaurant card at the moment of writing. My forecast is that those will be removed. - Would recommend only for people starting their career.

Cons

- Conditions in the company are deteriorating fast with no foreseeable trend to improve in the future. Main reason for this is bad management decisions leading to people fleeing for other companies or even being fired. - Management is lacking vision and knowledge on how to improve their workflow. They make uninformed decisions that they do not share with their teams, nor give them the time to prepare for the goals they want to achieve. This leads to chaos across teams, where people apply random ideas trying to implement what was asked of them. - Completely, utterly unorganized. No planning whatsoever. Cannot stress this enough. You are simply thrown into the sea and expected to provide results. Whether you have the skills or not for the task you are assigned, does not really matter. - In my experience, the requirement to go for training in their premises was a bad one. Other than the vendor provided trainings, there was no other help or training provided to me. So, I fail to see the reasoning behind the requirement. This can very well be achieved anywhere else. - Not a good option for established, experienced professionals. There are no real options available to evolve in the company unless the CEO likes you. Don't expect the CEO to like you on the basis of the quality of your work. Good old flattery and PR tactics is you best chance. - There is no employee evaluation process in place whatsoever. Your productivity is currently measured solely on the basis of how many tickets you had the chance to grab and on the time you log in them. This creates a negative competition within teams, where everyone only cares to get a case so that they have the chance of logging work time. If there are no tickets in the queue you have to invent “creative” ways of logging work time. If you don’t meet the expectations or don’t want to lie about it, then you get kicked out. No questions asked. - Currently, the threat of being fired is looming over the heads of every technician in the company leading to a toxic, negative environment build-up.

Pros

Exposure to complex, production-grade infrastructure. Opportunity to gain hands-on experience in high-pressure environments. Some strong engineers within the teams.

Cons

Operationally intense environment with a strong bias toward control over ownership. Engineering effectiveness is often evaluated through visibility and tracking rather than measurable impact. Limited empowerment for experienced engineers and lack of true ownership. Reactive way of working with constant pressure instead of structured, proactive operations. Work-life balance can be inconsistent and difficult to sustain long-term.

Pros

Vacation days Hybrid model Benefits Some management open to communicatation

Cons

The working hours are sometimes absurd. You may find yourself working on Sundays, after midnight, and having to start regardless the day after in the morning. Unrealistic expectations. Many processes are unorganised. Several vulgar colleagues. There is minimal effort to train employees from management, Most of the knowledge is gained through the help of (some) patient colleagues. They reassured the team that there wouldn't be additional lay offs, however that wasn't the case. Moreover, they laid people off without any sort of warning or PIP. It is just a race to who would refresh Jira fast enough to get a hold of as many tickets as possible. The CEO rating is addressed to the current CEO, not the one mentioned.
