Pros
Some good tools from the past. Big company name attracts some very talented people. Strong artists are given a lot of freedom in how and what they do.
Cons
Strong drive towards making every artist a very replaceable name on a spreadsheet, Moderate turnaround and rushed training means there's always artists that have little knowledge of how to use the pipeline. Some projects do a lot of passing around of tasks leaving artists feeling little ownership of their work. Tech development often doesn't consult with what actual day-to-day needs are
