Pros
The culture here is awesome. The CEO is the best person I've ever worked for - nice, fun, laid back - in addition to being a very smart and hard working person! He accommodated my schedule and was always courteous and flexible. The whole staff is great - they organize fun bonding activities and are all extremely smart people. I miss working at DNAstack! - fast-paced and innovative company - forward-thinking management - can work remotely - competitive pay - interesting work - beautiful offices at convenient location
Cons
- Little structure and few processes set up - this is the nature of start-up companies! One must be a flexible problem solver and be willing to help create and monitor the processes.

- The work atmosphere is very familial, everyone works closely with one another and it is a positive work experience - The CEO is an absolute blast to work with. He truly cares about his team and the mission at hand - Very flexible and accommodating - Team building exercises and fun work outings are weekly

Honestly I have no bad things to say about my experience.
