      Learned a lot due to having to “wear a lot of hats”..

      Cons

      Dysfunctional when it came to problem solving. Managers did not respect each other or other departments causing negativity and burnout to spread to down through chain of command.

      Company gives you phone and a van to take home after you completed deliveries.

      Cons

      Customer Service and upper management do not care about Technicians AT ALL! Obsessive amount of orders, management don't try to help sit in office most of the time.
