Pros
The salary and benefits are kept to match the job market. Annual bonuses are good and enough annual leaves given every month. 2 weekends days and tries to maintain work /life balance
Cons
Promotions are more like dreams unless you are lucky with a very good manager. Being a multi tasker is expected from you. No enough employees are hired in each department. No internal hiring is possible and new faces are preferred. Very difficult exit process
