Pros
A co. that is building correctly from the ground up. Principled by knowing what it means to "do right" by the customer, the employee, the product, the market. CEO very understood and appreciative of the current work force. CSO on board that has been there and done that in terms of success in HIT. Caring people! This is indeed a co. to watch, partake in and elevate should you have the opportunity to partner or work w/.

Nothing to date. They are always in tune w/employees, potential growing pains etc.

- Proud of full transparency as a company, which doesn't exist often in today's tech companies - Opportunity to be multi-disciplinary in work - Strong and clear paths for positive career trajectory - Exciting company environment - Cares about their employees - Strong & capable leadership

- The company is well into start-up mode, which means each person wears multiple hats and works long hours - might not be for everyone - Company is creating something that doesn't exist in the market yet - can be scary for some people
