      - clear values and ethos - cares about employees and their wellbeing - allows flexible working to suit family life - supports those who wish to progress & succeed - listens and values employee input - cares for customers and their experience - looks for ways to improve and do better for employees and customers

      Cons

      - progression for high achievers not always clear - some processes are outdated - lack of appetite to make significant improvements in less important areas of the business can be frustrating - sometimes reactive rather than proactive, which again is frustrating
