Pros

1) Food is good 2) Pantry is well equipped with juices and snacks.

Cons

1) Code quality is very bad in some teams. 2) Senior management and Admin guys humiliate constantly. 3) They hired 8 people for SDE role, but 7 of them left because of toxic work culture. 4) They Don't approve holidays, rather humiliate when you ask for it and threatens to terminate your employment in case, you revolt. 5) Saturdays and sometimes Sundays are also working. 6) Admin guy who doesn't contribute to company in any sense constantly instigate other people by commenting . 7) Company expects you to work at least 12 hours. 8) Pay is very low when you consider the humiliation and work they demand. 9) Top Management regularly organize meeting to remind you that you have got this job for free and you deserve a service based company. My advice to fellow coders who want to join Cyware : It is better than service based company, but if you are getting offer in any other Product based company even at low salary, then you should not join Cyware.

Pros

- Rapid learning - Direct interaction with higher management - Ability to collaborate with all teams due to their proximity - Some leaders are great mentors and will totally expand your scope of learning

Cons

- Extremely sexist culture that does not create a safe & healthy environment for women -Micro-management with non-constructive feedback and vague expectations - Over-involvement of the employer into an employee's personal life and choice (including food choices, dating life, judgement on drinking or smoking, etc.) - Lack of transparency between management & employees - Rude employees with an inflated ego who keep you from working effectively
