      The people and the challenge

      Before the merger, Herjavec Group was filled with dynamic, engaged and hungry employees who knew what their role was and how they could impact the company. After the merger, there is chaos at all levels of the organization. The lack of communication between teams is shocking. There are no processes or strategy, and it is causing employees who have been with either company for 5+ years to burnout, become bored, or to be completely forgotten. So much so that they leave and provide reviews like this.

      The type of work that Cyderes is excellent, there are a lot of opportunities for innovation and they stay update with the current threat landscape.

      Cons

      The value of sales overshadows the value of the people actually completing the work. The culture they project is not the same as the actual culture of the company, and based on the CEO, it does not seem like that will change.
