      Greedy management takes advantage of working class employees.

      Pros

      Flexible hours, benefits, independence, some good people.

      Cons

      management and project managers are all shareholders so they squeeze as much as they can out of the cubicle farm by under estimating hours then expecting lower level employees to cover them by working for free when the projects go over budget. No HR except the partners which makes a conflict of interest.
