Upper management was full of gossip and negativity. Spoke down to their admins and smaller advisors. Uncomfortable comments were often made. Would not recommend.
People actually cared about one another and the customers. It wasn't just about business... though they DID care about that too. I felt comfortable about how they treated people and dealt with difficult situations.
Cons
It's a smaller operation, so it's difficult to make sure that every agent gets the attention they need. We sure tried, though, and succeeded much of the time.
