Working flexibility, Learning mindset and Resource pooling
Cons
Salary could get loads better, Bureacracy got worse each year, decline in transparency, lastly Conflict due to false promises and Blindsiding which led to major inefficiencies and decreased morale.

I've been working at Customlytics for almost 2 years already, and the experience has been pretty nice - I always have to learn something new since the mobile app marketing environment is evolving constantly. My work is appreciated by both fellow colleagues and the management - I can feel this, it's one of the greatest motivators to go on. I also enjoy that we have our regular Summer Breeze event when we meet each other, do some learnings and fun activities together - it's bonding. Moreover, as for Ukrainian, I highly appreciate the values of the company - Customlytics supports Ukraine in its will to live freely and democratically.
Cons
I'd enjoy seeing my colleagues face-to-face a bit more often - that's one of the cons of working remotely.
