In a company like Crytek, if you're organized, work comes easy. The workload is not excessive, the hours are good and the expectations are reasonable. The main issue is the inherent chaos that comes with iterative development inherent in the games industry aligned with the CrytekChaosTM.
Cons
If you need structure from the outside, Crytek might be a difficult place to start out. Chaos is the norm sometimes and there is a very hands-off approach from management, which means you need to find ways to organize yourself.

Some absolute pearls in the people working there Work ethic is good, they don't expect you to work extra hours outside of your core hours Flexible with WFH/Full remote Benefits are good - Commute ticket, gym membership etc. Looks good on a resume

Some teams are great, some I'd say to avoid. Upper management is completely disconnected from reality and unprofessional Direct management/middle management and HR don't follow up with harassment claims Racist and sexist remarks are normalized all around the office Other employees from random departments telling you how to do your job in a very unprofessional manner and nothing gets done from direct management
