I was fine with my job until things became too messy.

Cons

Crowdbotics has an inefficient and disorganized work environment, and the chaotic management is to blame. Our supervisors don't seem to have any clue about what to do about our problems in the workplace. They make terrible decisions that lead to consequential and unhelpful actions. The leadership here is too messy and incompetent to properly lead.

Cons

Those at the top made every process unnecessarily complicated and frustrating. Decisions were impossible to work with, completely disconnected from reality, and consistently came with unreasonable demands and impossible deadlines.

I am being generous by saying this place is anything but positive. Fear and relentless pressure dominate every day.

- Employees are forced to work brutal hours under unbearable workloads - Any mistake, absence, or excuse can result in being fired without warning - Leadership acts with no fairness or consistency, making job security nonexistent - Fear of losing work hangs over everyone constantly - Those with financial responsibilities suffer the most under this system
