      can grow fast if company grows .

      Cons

      High work pressure - You are supposed to work from 9 am to 11 pm , 6 days per week. They don't thing their employees have their own life. They can make you work on Sunday also if you don't take a stand. No coding standards - no review , no testing , no senior to guide . Random deadlines . Daily releases of product with half baked products . No management - people use foul language in meeting, no professionalism .
