This is not a review of our company. Critical Systems is one of the most racially and ethnically diverse organizations in the local HVAC industry. We currently have over 40 employees, including 8 women and 12 minorities (~25% of our workforce). In our ten years of existence we have employed people from all racial backgrounds and religions from countries such as India, Cameroon, Vietnam, Korea, Peru, Chile, Columbia, Iraq, etc. We are not aware of any racism or sexism within the company nor would it be tolerated. No family members of ownership have ever held full-time positions at Critical Systems.
