      Pros

      If you are in the C-suite--which is probably too big considering the size of the company--or in the SOC, they will take care of you. The work goes to support important industries and helps protect people from cyber attacks...theoretically.

      Cons

      There is a history of not listening to employees, but instead hinging directly on the beliefs of the C-suite, and CEO. There's also little chance for having a career path, but part of that is management either not knowing, or not caring.

      Pros

      A great opportunity for those just getting out of college. A decent paying job that will allow you to specialize without having to do helpdesk prior. Great PTO, Great benefits, and even better company culture

      Cons

      Below industry’s average pay. Productivity can be a bit high. Still a new company ironing out the wrinkles. Some of the company is bad at keeping their word

      Company Culture was Great Promotions Happened Fairly & Regularly Teams had great Culture and Fun Dynamic Full Remote option for most Roles

      Communication Between Teams Lacked Process Middle Management suffered a Break down and Culture shifted negatively prior to my departure
