Pros
Great business vision, excellent employees and team mates. Bank had a great, growing footprint with a focus on meeting the needs of customers; particularly businesses and their employees.
Cons
Challenging Bank environment with risk of mergers and acquisitions. This creating challenging timelines to implement conversions without impacting existing or acquired customers. Adding to that challenge was the need to implement new required regulatory changes, meet needs of the existing customers and enhance the systems..

Pros
Most of the people there are very hard working and nice. Can have a lot of exposure to a lot of customers and build relationships/networks There is opportunity to move up in the org chart
Cons
management doesn't seem to really have a good read on how people feel about working there. most employees are there for a paycheck and will leave when they find a better paying job salaries are lower than average Very tense atmosphere
