The mission and vision of the organization is incredible. They proposed work is valuable and critical in our community spaces.
Cons
There are few solidified structures and chains of communication and support. The executive leadership is disorganized, not supportive, and unprofessional at times. The organization is small and feels closed off to new people, backgrounds, and ideas. I was, at times, a toxic place. There is incredibly high turnover due to this.
