    Cons

    It all depends on which team you get (for accounts). Some teams will make your life living hell. Also low salary compared to same positions in different companies

    Pros

    Great schedule, often crowded with work and then you’ll be less busy for weeks.

    Cons

    Starting wage is pretty low and work recognition could be improve. You don’t get a raise before a year even if you’ve worked super hard.

    Pros

    Work hard to treat employees well with allotted vacation time and extra days off throughout the year. Good people to work with. Push for the best campaigns and have a strong client list. It is progressive.

    Cons

    Mentoring new employees is often a challenge. There tends to be high turnover in some departments.

    •People are nice; your superiors and team members check-in often to know how you feel - if you're over-worked or not •People appreciate when you take the time to ask how to work with them •There are many clients, so lots of opportunities to touch different types of work •There's always someone you can reach out to when in need or when you feel stuck

    •Your workload and stress levels greatly depend on your supervisors and account structure • Mandatory unpaid overtime •National accounts tend to revolve around adaptations •Many workaholics
