Great schedule, often crowded with work and then you’ll be less busy for weeks.
Cons
Starting wage is pretty low and work recognition could be improve. You don’t get a raise before a year even if you’ve worked super hard.

Work hard to treat employees well with allotted vacation time and extra days off throughout the year. Good people to work with. Push for the best campaigns and have a strong client list. It is progressive.
