Pros
Working with big clients as well as with an excellent team of excellent professionals. Good work truly does bring in strong talent. Lots of cultural experiences throughout the year, with an HR and tech team who truly make an effort.
Cons
Very fast-paced, and expectations for good work are high from both the Cossette and client side. As a Junior, workload fluctuates quite a bit – some weeks are incredibly busy, some very slow, which can also be frustrating.
