Pros

Easy to just sit around and not do much and collect a pay check, allows me to work 2 jobs at once.

Cons

The sales manager has no real idea what he is doing, Definitely got his job because he's friends with someone, super big such up, to upper management, I don't believe he's ever actually even worked in a law firm.

Pros

Remote(kinda) slightly above average benefits.

Cons

Base salary is 55k and commission structure will realistically get you to about 65k - they will tell you the OTE is around 100k but if you’re banking on more than 65k you are Jonestown eligible. Been with the company several years, and have seen it change a lot as it was bought, sold and chopped several times over. Management has had a few different regimes with varying degrees of quality but the current mgmt are a bunch of fake, woke, new age, no sales talent, or sales experience having, grom - brownnoses who were put in their position bc they were part of the boys club or an affirmative action hire. Decent remote sales gig if you can live off less than 70k a year. If you’re one to keep your head down, not try to bring new ideas to the helm and can yes man to death it’s a great job, again, if you’re okay making below market for the role. As the team grows and the pie keeps dividing, the team has gotten younger and less experienced (par the course when pay drops) there are better paying account exec positions but I will say the nice thing about working here is regardless of how hard you work you can usually lay under the radar and make your 65k without making too much noise. Great gig to have if you have secondary income as the workload is super light. Easy gig to double job with.

Pros

Job was easy and relatively quick to pick up.

Cons

Alot of favoritism Only one or two managers who actually care about their team. Lack of planning left alot of repeat issues. Poor internal communication Its software support, so you can only use the expwrience here in other software roles.
