      Poor middle management, strong ELT.

      Pros

      In their growth phase, ELT is very transparent and has good goals for the future. Always something new to work on.

      Cons

      Culture isn't great. Kind of a go in, do your job and leave kind of thing. Middle management often has conflicting messaging, or doesn't know what's going on.

      - they tell you stuff you want to hear

      Cons

      - will fire you after promising maternity leave 2 weeks before you’re due - will lie about the positions they can offer you - Someone there will scoffs and laughs when you ask about pto and maternity leave - will not respond back in a timely manner - unprofessional and has the fake “we’re a family not a company” mindset

      after steady growth the company is experiencing a sharp increase over the last 12 months

      Cons

      with growth is good, the occasional hire doesn't fit with the company culture. Lots of hours involved with growth
