Pros
1) Working directly and have direct line to co-founders. 2) Dynamic work environment. 3) Hectic and fast-paced; never a dull moment. 4) Lots of potential for growth. 5) High flexibility.
Cons
1) Small company but growing! 2) Can sometimes be very chaotic (not a bad thing per se to keep you on your toes). 3) No pension or benefit scheme at the moment.
