Pros

Some of the best people I have ever worked with. (This excluded leadership)

Cons

Employees come last here. Making decisions about unlimited time off without employee feedback, cutting pay, constant lay offs, lack of job security, insane hours. The CEO always walks the line of professionalism at times.

We’re sorry to hear that your experience at Copper could have been better. We agree that our growing team of professionals is as good as they come. Copper’s leadership team strives to make sure employees’ voices are heard on important issues, though naturally this isn’t always feasible or appropriate. In any event, we appreciate your feedback and wish you the best of luck in the future.

Pros

Great peers and co-workers. Very smart and helpful engineers to work with. Low pressure environment with not much accountability or stress.

Cons

The product offering is very weak and there's nothing new or better on the horizon. Customers don't seem to stick wth the platform. Employees are jumping ship on a weekly basis, including some VPs. It's so hard when people keep leaving

Thank you for your feedback. Like many companies, we have seen some team members move on to new opportunities. We are encouraged by the many excellent people who are here – including those that have recently joined us – and helping us to reach our goals . This group is driving exciting developments in our CRM. Just last week, for example, we announced new file management functionality that will help our users find the information they need to interact more effectively with their customers and prospects. (See our recent blog post at www.copper.com/resources.) We are excited about this and other developments that have made Copper one of the highest ranked CRM’s by G2 and other leading software review sites.

Pros

Copper is filled with friendly, knowledgeable people who are always willing to help. It's clear that everyone who works here is talented and puts in their best effort. If culture and being able to trust in the competency of your coworkers is important to you then look no further. In terms of size I think it's the right balance between wild west startup and overly bureaucratic behemoth. There are some processes in place, but not so much that you feel constricted in how you can do your job. You can also get to know most people in the company if you wish to.

Cons

The Toronto office is much smaller than the San Francisco headquarters, so if you work at this location you might feel disconnected from your team at times. As with any smaller organization there is sometimes a lack of organization or processes in place. This can be a pro if you're looking to impact how things are done, but can be a con if you have a greater need for structure.
