Its a good industry to be in. Media talks about security all the time and company's want to spend money.

Cons

Churn and burn culture Staff are under huge pressure without much support Low quality output as a result. We have no time deliver at the level that we should Sales people sell cheap to get the deal. We left with the carnage to fix after. Head office dont care. They just want numbers. High staff turnover Lots of egos

Beware of fake/paid reviews by current employees

It was a good company before 3 years ago.

Cons

They have introduced new rating system and employees are working continuously to achieve the points as if they are daily wage workers. Client-side POC's don't have manners to speak. they will ask you to come even on heavy rains and weekends. you will literally cry inside and management doesn't care about your emotions. they just want money. Some managers will not show any respect to their team members in front of other teams and other teams laugh at them. Lots of partiality among the team. some teams get good salary even when they are dumb. HR's trying to save companies money by giving less increment. You will feel like you are a beggar. Nothing to learn because of daily burden activities. No personal life. Sometimes you have to work from home after completing office hours even on Saturday and Sundays. No market standard salary because the company doesn't have any standard. You will feel like you are a slave.
