Good place for interns or freshers to get a quick start in the e-commerce industry. Suitable for gaining basic experience with e-commerce operations.
Cons
Very limited career growth and almost no salary hikes. The work is highly repetitive, with little opportunity to learn new skills. Poor management culture. Some managers and team leaders display unprofessional and toxic behavior. No fixed logout time. Employees are expected to log in at 10:00 AM, but there is little respect for work-life balance or working hours. Management often expects employees to follow decisions without asking questions or sharing feedback. Constructive discussions and employee opinions are generally not encouraged.
