      Went downhill when new CEO arrived

      Pros

      Used to feel like a family run organisation where everyone looked out for each other. Then the new CEO arrived..... Within months shes ruined the company, all about money now. No support for managers. She sustematically sripped the company of its expertise in PBS, and PWS, lost loads of really experienced people from the organisation.

      Cons

      Non anymore sadly. My advice stay away from this company

      A lot of training with no extra pay Bad wages for what is expected of you Not reimbursed for training if travelling via public transport
