      Pros

      Could be a great career if you really like taking advantage of other peoples sacrifices.

      Cons

      Heather and crew are pretty unprofessional. You start at the bottom and work 11-7 in "retailers" they stated that i would work a 40 hour work week but was required to work 7 hour shifts on saturdays and 8 hours on sunday. there was no paid overtime or travel time.

      Hello, we would like to clarify a few things regarding your post. We cater to our team member's schedules and offer a flexible full time schedule consisting of a 35-40 hour work week. Over-time is optional and it is always compensated for as well as travel time. When you were hired on, you signed documents explaining all of the above and it was also explained in the 3 round interview process you went through. We have 3 rounds of interviews so there is complete transparency. We encourage you to reach out to the CEO if you have any other questions or concerns. We wish you the best of luck.
