      Good employees and nice place to work ,make money.

      Cons

      They don't want to pay their employees the money they deserve and work them like slaves.and to much favorites among other employees.

      ConTech is owned by Leviton which does not know how to run a company. Nothing gets approved by Leviton, communication with Leviton is abysmal, the COO of Leviton makes jokes about making profits off of people and businesses who are devastated by hurricanes. ConTech has gone downhill ever since Leviton acquired it.
