      Sales team is awesome. Benefits are really, really good. Staff meetings very informative and transparent.

      Cons

      Inclusivity was challenging. Some employees are not used to teamwork.

      Pros

      They give you free food for meeting goals and it's a very slow pace work environment with a lot of PTO.

      Cons

      upper management is sinking this company They will ask impossible task of you and get upset when you don't deliver, 80% of the employer suppled tools are broken this is the first manufacturing shop I've worked at were 6 people had to share 1 angle grinder, don't expect to get a raise for your 1st year, The training here is terrible
