Interview
Interview was conducted via phone call with a handful of questions asking about career background. A few days after the interview I was provided an offer for the job. There was only one interview that was done, which was a phone interview.

Question 1
Asked what college I was currently attending (Internship was going to go though the last semester of college). Asked a handful of technical questions.
I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Con Forms in Feb 2022
Interview
In person interview. The interview lasted about 1 hour. I interview with 3 other staff. During the interview I was asked a series of questions regarding my background and previous employment. I was also asked some behavioral questions on how I would handle certain situations.

Interview
Drove 4 hours total to be told they are not currently going to hire for that position and if anything changed they would call. Then told if anything changes ill have to make another 4 hour of driving to retest.
