Pros

Great team of clinicians and great working at the health center with the medical team. Lots to learn from working with clients who have multi level problems. Some flexibility in scheduling.

Cons

Low pay, administrative changes occur sometimes without warning, people often are 'here one day and gone the next' Don't get sick for too long. Lots of paperwork with high demand for productivity. You can burn out easily if you don't set your own limits. Administration really doesn't care about you.

Pros

Coworkers are friendly. The CEO is engaged at varying levels of the company.

Cons

Very minimal room for growth. As with many non-profits the salary levels are low and benefits have a heavy out of pocket expense.
