Pros
Engineering and Product teams seem to have great people and a solid vision for the platform, and there are some great people across the org
Cons
People management needs some serious help - in my short tenure there, almost every single team had significant turnover in leadership, some voluntary, some not. The partners have 0 wealth management experience, and it shows. The product team is directed to focus on showy tools to get advisors in the door while the nuts and bolts of the platform is still in very poor shape.
