Pros
-Plenty of opportunities to take on more responsibility for added compensation. -Cost effective health insurance, good coverage that's affordable. (They pay the majority of the premiums) -Good benefits overall -Management and owners appreciate the work that's put in, and have an open door policy that's actually open door.
Cons
-No clearly defined path for advancement -Maximum yearly raises don't keep up with an average years inflation (4%) -Longer hours during the summer, 10 hour shifts, 5 days per week with alternating Saturdays -Can be a hassle to take PTO

Pros
Pay is very good with lots of raises and bonuses and you won't find cheaper benefits, if you like very fast paced hard work this is the place. Work hrs are 6-4 with alternating Saturdays
Cons
Very physically demanding and long hours. Stressful environment in which you may not get along with everyone, some of management and lead men are major a$$holrs. They'll make you feel bad if you get hurt or want to take time off. They like you if your making numbers ,but don't if your not
