We also want to address the concerns you’ve raised and over the past few years, we've taken concrete steps to improve transparency, progression, and pay structure across all of our technical teams.
We have conducted external salary benchmarking in alignment with the appropriate industry awards and can confidently say that we are meeting the current market rates for comparable roles. Our open-door policy also encourages transparent communication and accountability, ensuring those conversations lead to clear outcomes, rather than open ended discussions. This also includes potential progression pathways from role to role, which is a big contributor to why our annual turnover is minimal and overall, why our staff enjoy working at Compnow.
