      Getting to see something new every month keeps the job fun. It is rewarding to help people during hard times. Great employee culture and management listens to employee needs.

      Cons

      It is hard and dirty industry to work in. On call is not for everyone.

      Pay is low No pay increase On call "sucks" Benefits, in comparison to pay are very expensive Have to wait over a year to get in to the 401K
