Account managers were all fun, out going and around the same age Atmosphere was focused around teaming, positive encouragement
Cons
Relationships were emphasized because the actual job and opportunity were tough to get on board with; "branch leader" pretended to care about individuals -- and only the ones that made him money

Positive work environment and good sales experience. Friendly peers and management. Goal setting skills acquired and good cold calling experience
Cons
Have to fund own expenses, could be driving 200 miles per day or more Long hours with only commission based pay Average employee promotion timeframe greatly exaggerated by management Very high turnover rate due to unsatisfied employees
