      -great job training on niche compensation subjects -people care about your trajectory -good pay -during slow season, good hours

      -expected to be available all the time, especially during busy season -work can be repetitive at the lower levels

      - You can choose who AND what you work on - Pretty good compensation - Leadership is pretty great (although disconnected at times) - Some people here are AMAZING and very helpful

      Cons

      - Poor work-life balance - Secretive culture where you don't know who you can trust - Internal conflict & competition can be counterproductive - Open-market system creates a competitive environment where it should be more collaborative
