      Non at all. Not even free coffee is good quality

      Cons

      Director screams insults at staff across the office. Toxic environment at every level. HR is shocking and the whole office knows personal information. Jokes from fire system designers about which buildings they would never go into because the work is so shoddy, if there was a fire even they wouldn’t trust their products and safety of them. Appalling attitudes to work. Zero health & safety. Staff turnover is very high.

      Everything. Get spoken to like rubbish by the management, poorly treated by directors and very poor work ethic
